We're not like other publishers. At Størup Publisher, we've created a unique model where all profits from book sales go directly to the artist/author. We believe creative souls should be able to live from their art. That's why we've developed a model where the author is the central actor who reaps the fruits of their work. As a supplement to our basic model, we offer various additional packages that can support you on your journey as an author:

Publishing Package (3,750 DKK excl. VAT) We take you by the hand from the first page:

• We begin with a personal initial meeting to discuss your book dream
• Secure your book a unique ISBN number, making it ready for bookstores
• Guide you through the jungle of paper types and formats, ensuring your book gets the perfect expression
• Professional advice about different cover options for the book
• Guidance about mandatory colophon setup
• Find the best printing house for your specific book
• Thorough guidance about distribution possibilities Here you get control of the entire setup of your book and are ready to deliver cover and content in PDF, ready to send directly to the printer.

Marketing and Distribution Package (4,000 DKK excl. VAT) We make your book visible:

• Your book comes alive on social media for 2 months with engaging content
• We open the door to Danish bookstores and ensure your book can be ordered in all Danish bookstores
• Give readers nationwide the opportunity to order your book at the country's libraries
• Ongoing follow-up on marketing efforts

Book Cover - Your First Impression Counts (3,500 DKK excl. VAT) Our creative designers carefully create your book cover:

• Two unique cover proposals, created from your thoughts and ideas
• Professional setup of back cover text
• Implementation of ISBN number and barcode
• Two thorough revision rounds to hit exactly the expression you dream of
• You receive both a review version and the final print-ready file

Book Setup - Content and Design (7,500 DKK excl. VAT) Complete setup of a 200-page book - we arrange all words and images in beautiful harmony - and maintain an open dialogue throughout the process:

• Professional structuring of chapters, headlines, and table of contents
• Professional integration of images and illustrations
• Correct colophon setup
• Two thorough revision rounds, so each page becomes exactly as you wish
• You provide the document for setup and receive ongoing drafts for review and approval, and finally the print-ready file ready to send to the printer

Proofreading and Foreword Let our word artists refine your text: Prices are indicative and depend on the text's scope

• We start the journey together (startup fee 500 DKK)
• Proofreading (500 DKK per 2,500-3,000 characters)
• Writing of foreword (2,500-3,000 characters): 1,500 DKK including one proofreading

Consulting (800 DKK per hour excl. VAT) Whether you wish to publish through our publishing house or are self-publishing, we stand ready with professional guidance throughout the process. Let us be your sparring partner on the journey, we can help with:
